The trial graduates to a paid plan when you complete 5 jobs through Celerora (whichever comes first; there's also a 90-day time-based fallback). At graduation, you choose Solo or Small Team and add a card. If you never complete a job, the account just closes — no surprise charges.

Same features, every one of them. The only differences are seat count and monthly caps. Solo ($69/mo) is one OWNER seat with 300 marketing SMS, 200 AI conversations, and 15 AI quote drafts per month. Small Team ($149/mo) gives you up to 5 seats (OWNER + 4 members/admins) plus 1,500 marketing SMS, 1,500 AI conversations, and 60 AI quote drafts per month. Multi-member coordination (dispatch, per-member booking views) activates with 2+ seats. Everything else — AI Responder, no-show protection, Google Calendar sync, custom branding, lifecycle automations, marketing campaigns — is included in both.

Yes. Your customer pays you directly — through cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, card-swipe, whatever you use. Celerora never sits in that payment flow, so there's nothing for us to take a cut from. Stripe Connect is used only for the optional no-show deposit, and even there Celerora takes 0% — you receive the full forfeited deposit (net of Stripe's standard ~3% processing fee on the original collection). The "no cut" promise is structural, not policy.

Customers pay you directly for completed work — off-platform, with whatever method you prefer. Celerora uses Stripe for two narrow things: your monthly/annual subscription, and optional no-show deposits collected at booking time. We never store full card details — only limited metadata like card brand and last four digits.

Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings at any time and keep access through the end of your current billing period. Your data remains accessible and you can export everything (bookings, customers, services, reviews) as JSON or CSV.

You get a graceful goodbye, not an upsell. We'll help you export your data and wish you well. Celerora targets 1–5 person service businesses; we don't have a Growth or Enterprise tier and we're not building one. Shops that scale past 5 seats are a different kind of customer with different needs.

You get 60 days' written notice before any price change. That window is enough lead time to decide, cancel, and export everything before the new rate takes effect — no surprise charges. Most SaaS in this category raises prices on monthly customers with minimal notice and only discloses to annual customers at renewal; we tell you 60 days early either way.
